1) Flash stores its files in temp files folder. If there is corrupt download then it may cause sound problem.  To fix this issue you have to

Remove  the following folders:
C:\Documents and Settings\%UserName%\Application Data\Adobe\Flash Player
C:\Documents and Settings\%UserName%\Application Data\Macromedia\Flash Player

2) Remove your Temporary Internet Files, to do this follow the steps
a) Open your Browser
b) Click on Tools in the menu bar
c) Clear Private Data / Remove Private Data (Opera). If you are using Internet Explorer then Go to Tools and then Internet Options.

3) Remove/Empty your system's temporary files folder
a)Click on Start
b) Go to Run
c) Type here --rmdir/s/q"temp"—and press Enter
d) Or simple  Go To RUNà Type %temp%--remove all files inside

4) Install the latest version of Flash plugin.

5) Run (K-lite Codec Tweak tool). Here you can see an option to fix the sound (Midi,waveOut) select it and press Next. This fix would restore a missing "wavemapper" registry key.

6) Also check your sound device setting, to do this follow these steps
a)Go to Start
b)Click on Settings
c)Click on Control Panel
d)Next Click on Sound and Audio Devices

7) Do you have QuickTime Installed , if so then go to the QuickTime control panel.
>Audio tab and set "Default Music Synthesizer" to General MIDI"
>In Advanced tab, disable "Enable playback of Adobe Flash Tracks"
>Browser tab, Click on "MIMI Settings". Under "Miscellaneous" uncheck "Flash media"

8) Check if the file msacm32.drv is present in the
C:\Windows\system32 folder.
If not, copy it from another PC (that has the same version of Windows) and place the file in the system32 folder. If you are using a 64-bit version of Windows, then the file should be present in the C:\Windows\SysWOW64 folder.

9) Install a registry cleaner on your computer.

4) Click on Microsoft

5) Next Move to Windows NT

6) CurrentVersion

7) Drivers32

8) Make sure you are  here [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Drivers32]

9) Paste this information here
